Bill Morrison

Mr. Morrison has over 21 years’ experience as an executive in the Global Telecom and Business Industries. He has managed multi-million dollar opportunities to maximize revenues and provide strategic market penetration for Bell Canada, Sprint International and Maroon Bells Venture Capital Group. Mr. Morrison’s background includes 25 years of involvement in Professional and Armature Hockey programs. He is presently Director of Hockey Operations for the Kennesaw University Hockey Program, Vice President of Can AM Developers LLC and CEO of Time To Market Communications Solutions an Atlanta based Sales and Marketing consulting group. Mr. Morrison holds a Public Relations Marketing BA/Diploma from Humber College in Toronto Canada and received the Ontario Colleges Provincial Life Time Honors Award in April 2000 for his achievements in Sports, Education and Global Business.

Harry Allen

Mr. Allen is President of Cam Am Developers and has 19 plus years of experience in the management of large complex building construction projects. He has managed multi-million dollar projects for CHOATE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. - Marietta, GA, and WALTON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. - Marietta, GA. These projects included the, Cryolife Expansion Phase II, $13,300,000.00 – 104,000 square foot build out, Columbia Office Building (Koger Equity) / Atlanta, Georgia, $6,185,649 - 90,520 square foot - 4 story - steel & pre-cast building development and the Circuit City Regional Headquarters building / Kennesaw, Georgia $11,875,263 - 180,000 square foot - 3 story complex. Mr. Allen has been involved in the Atlanta Lazer Travel Hockey program for the past three years and continues to play an important leadership role for fund raising and league development. Mr. Allen attended Centenary College of Louisiana, in 1983 where he completed his B.S. Physical Education and Mathematics.

William Starrs

Mr. Starrs has over 15 years in the real estate development field of commercial, industrial and residential property. He has worked in both the finance and development area for projects over $25 million. Mr. Starrs has spent the past 10 years focused in the recreational facility development business as an investor, consultant and contractor. He has worked with several NHL teams including the Detroit Red Wings and the Nashville Predators. He has extensive experience in ice arena facility design and functionality. Several facilities have won design awards. Mr. Starrs has been involved in youth amateur hockey for well over 25 years in all areas of management, including ownership of a Junior A Franchise, ownership and operations of a 12 team Elite Level Youth Tier I Travel Program (AAA) producing several current and past NHL Players several state and national championships. He has been President, Referee in Chief, Finance Vice President along with numerous other positions within hockey organizations throughout the Detroit Area. Most recently he has developed practice facilities for the NHL, and two fully operational arenas (a four pad arena and a two pad arena) from the concept to operations.

Robert M. McCaig

As director of Hockey Programming and Operations Mr. McCaig brings with him 35 years of Hockey coordination, coaching and management experience. He has held various volunteer positions with Georgia Special Olympics, United States Hockey Association, Canadian Olympic Hockey Camps and continues to be an evaluator for the Southeastern District Select Players National Camps. Mr. McCaig is also considered one of the best ISO 9000 Quality Management Consultants available and has implemented / certified corporate business processes on a global basis for companies such as FMC and Cabot. He continues to develop and certify training for the USA Hockey National Coaching program in the 11 State Southeastern District and holds a Masters Coaching Certification in Canada and the United States.
