PURPOSE
Kennesaw Ice Palace has
been organized as a Georgia LLC for the purpose of acquiring approximately 5
acres of land in the township of Kennesaw for development as an upscale
ice-skating and hockey playing facility. The activities of the company will
include obtaining all government approvals necessary to commence construction of
the facility, complete construction of the building and all site related
matters, and operation of the facility.
INVESTMENT GOALS
The Manager’s goal’s for
the company are as follows:
o
To design, develop, construct and operate the ice arena in such a
way as to preserve each investor’s capital and allow the company to distribute
cash flow to investors in amounts equal to or exceeding other investments.
o
To obtain long term appreciation of the company’s assets through
the operation of a first class facility thereby drawing additional users to the
facility thus increasing the value of the assets.
o
To provide a upscale comfortable environment for both children and
adults to participate in a sporting activity

SUMMARY OF FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS
The
section entitled “Financial Projections” indicates projections for this
project based upon the known written requests from local area groups and clubs
and general local interest. Additionally, the local hockey association has
been restricting growth of their in-house leagues due to the lack of available
ice time. With these requests and the known demands for public skating and
learn to skate programs, the projections are made on a known growth basis from
new arenas constructed since 1999.
These projections assume several specific events as listed below:
